“Journey to the Center of the Earth” was nice with all those digital effects. it seems a fun thrilling thing to travel to such places but imagine if you don’t make it through there. gosh.

i want to watch “Prom Night” but not many slots. AHH. anyone downloaded it? i don’t mind go your place and watch.

friends who know me will know i don’t like mushrooms but the mushrooms here are cooked until very soft and nice. the soup taste super tasty for my ramen set.

i think if you ask me to eat those chinese hard brown black mushroom, i will still reject unless it’s cook until soft and presentable.

got something for my mama since i haven’t been spending my army pay and i feel so guilty my mama washed my army clothes until 1am plus yesterday night cause i bookout late last night.

the 3 sets of army clothes are like all muddy and smelly cause i wore them to “chiong sua” for my field camp.

no wonder they say 世上只有妈妈好. the 3rd day of field camp i already thinking of home especially my mum.

as for my papa, i will think of what to get for him cause he prefer practical stuff. he also don’t like his childrens to spend money unneccessary.

now i’m quite broke but well, at least i’m happy when my mama’s happy!

21st birthday coming soon and i have not yet start planning for it cause simply too busy with army.

PANIC PLEASE!!

6 days of field camp was both physically and mentally draining.

urban terrains and jungle warfare training was tough but i’m so glad it’s all over.

1st day was 8km march to the oil plantation. it rain quite a bit but thank god we still manage to set up our basha. slept with my buddy in the basha.

changing in the limited space in the basha in the morning for exercise with my buddy was mad. we couldn’t step out barefooted on the mud outside so we have to try to change inside the basha.

morning exercise was shit. running with your rifle, doing push ups, crunches and jumping jets with rifle is AHH! running was my most hated segment. imagine running on those uneven grounds. so uneven until my feet hurts.

3rd day we switch to digging of trench a.k.a “grave” for yourself to sleep in.

before that it began to pour quite heavily and i was so down cause of the sitting down on muddy grounds and the thought of sleeping in the trench filled with muddy water if it pours after digging.

digging trench kills. dig until i so demoralise cause must dig the length of my height and dept of my field pack at least. what’s most stupid is that my trench is beside the tree so the soil is mostly firmed with the roots of the tree.

last night was shiokness for a slight moment. we got to sleep together on groundsheet. no more basha or trenches BUT 4am plus, there was turnout.

tactical marching after that to last event of the day - BIC course.

leopard crawl and back crawl for about 80m. now my elbows are hurt but what to do?

so glad i’m back to the coy line and home. i so miss cold drinks and the food outside.

combat rations sucks terribly. i ate biscuits for the last 3 days and endure not shitting for 6 days until i reach back coy. WAHAHA.

no bathing sucks.
camo cream sucks. just imagine 6 days of constantly applying over and over your face.

come to think of it, i only brush my teeth once on the 2nd day cause the rest of the day was so busy and shagged out.

first time i think camp sucks. perhaps it’s just only for army outfield camp.

i’m back early today.

thanks to my school’s CO for allowing field camp companies to book out after lunch.

ifc lesson sucks with camo cream on my face. can’t imagine i have to have camo cream on 24 hours for 6 days of my field camp. just kill me please.

super shagged out after ifc lesson cause i was running a fever. reported to MO (Medical Officer) after that to get fever pills.

the mo wanted me to go home and give me attend C status but i told him i didn’t want to miss all the important lessons this week so in the end he gave me attend B status which is only light duties.

sometimes i really admire myself for my “geng”. i don’t like to report sick for small matters. that’s why i always push myself to do all the physical stuffs even though i’m slightly feeling unwell.

yet sometimes i hate myself for not taking care of myself when i know i should report sick.

can’t imagine i almost fainted during the morning 1st parade. i was trying to tahan until my maxinum until my body feel numb so i tap my friend beside me and squat down.

he was shock and he said my face look extremely pale and white that time when he shouted for all my section mates to help.

computerised shooting was not bad. quite fun except that all those different positions change which you have to follow is so troublesome.

gonna miss ndp live telecast for the 1st time in my life so far cause i have to book in around evening time to prepare for field camp. AHH!

the shittest part of today is my jockey cap flew off to the sea when i was walking to tap out of the ferry terminal. DAMM the strong wind.

finally i have got time to check out this year’s NDP 2008 song.

it’s sung by Hardy Mirza for the english version and Joi Chua for the chinese version.

what i find it disappointing is that the song doesn’t fully maximise Joi Chua’s singing potential and the MV is kind of no link. the child imagination part is a total copycat out of this japan video.

GOSH! i wonder what will people think when they realise the similarity of the videos.

that’s HELLO in korean.

i love weekends cause it means BOOKOUT if nothing goes wrong.

this week was packed with hand grenade throw on thursday and ippt mock test on friday.

meetup with liwei, desmond and junxiang for starbucks at compass point yesterday night and today i’m out with sibao for korean cuisine and movie.

i didn’t know far east plaza has this nice korean cuisine at basement 1 until today. it’s around the corner where long john silver is.

it’s a rather nice dine in place if you want to taste some real proper korean food. the cultery, place and dishes are all very korean. the set meal both of us had cost only $10 and the side dishes and drinks can be refill.

there’s only 2 outlets so far.

“The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor” was not bad though i didn’t manage to catch the trailer before watching it. it’s an almost 2 hours long movie and the music is nice. i hope i’ll have time to watch “Prom Night” before the movie is remove.
