Rihanna – Russian Roulette
Take a breath, take it deep
Calm yourself, he says to me
If you play, you play for keeps
Take a gun, and count to three
I’m sweating now, moving slow
No time to think, my turn to go
(Chorus)
And you can see my heart beating
You can see it through my chest
And I’m terrified but I’m not leaving
Know that I must must pass this test
So just pull the trigger
Say a prayer to yourself
He says close your eyes
Sometimes it helps
And then I get a scary thought
That he’s here means he’s never lost
(Chorus)
As my life flashes before my eyes
I’m wondering will I ever see another sunrise?
So many won’t get the chance to say goodbye
But it’s too late too pick up the value of my life
(Chorus)
FINALLY..
it’s their turn to hear us wish both of them a happy 22nd!

hope both of you like the gift from us.
and congrats kaka on her current status.
wa lao, you spoil market. now left the guys in our poly cliques that are unattached. tsk.
5 more days to the start of my leave.
answer me.
will i make it through the university?
will i be able to graduate with a degree?
is university study really that tough?
i never wanted or plan to work after i ORD. but looking at all my friends who are having a hell loads of time trying to scrap through university, it just gives me the creep to not want to attempt and try.
yes, i know i’m a coward.
and i’m afraid of failure.

after a month plus of reading and forums, i hereby announce my purchase of the Panasonic LX3.
got mine from MS Color.
alternatively, you can try and get your camera at Alan Photo.
trust me, these are the few shops which offers the most reasonable price for your camera.
after staying in that deserted camp growl for 17 days, the next 2 days was RNR before flying back.

first half of the first day was educational package by the army. we were brought to this park where some of the animals roam freely around the park.

we were given a packet of ingredient each when we enter to feed them. it was certainly awesome to get so closeup distance with the kangaroos.

see that small little kangaroo inside its mother?

what was scary was the experience with feeding the emus. they can measure up to around 1.8m to 2m tall and they just peck and go the food. i don’t like their eyes. makes them look so fierce.
after the educational package tour, we went to the resort which we were staying for the night.

you bet we were SCREAMING our way when we opened up the door. the room was huge. we didn’t imagine that army could provide such good facilities for our rnr stay. heard from my campmate this was a 4.5 star resort.
first thing we did after scanning the whole room was to shower!
since we had the priviledge of a bathtub, of course we had to fill it up to use. HIAK HIAK.

after a nice shower, we went down to explore the resort.

pretty chapel right? aww. imagine getting married in the chapel with the nice surroundings.
walk to the beach and was truely mexmerized by the scene. i love their beach, sky and the big blue sea. it’s no wonder they can hold surfing competitions cause they’ve got the waves.

night life at aussie was bad! all the shops were mostly close after 5pm, 6pm so what’s left for us to shop around was their supermarket.
check out this. their self checkout counter.

damm efficient please. i strongly recommend singapore to implement such counters so that we can minus off those cashiers serving us on the less than 10 items queue.
we should learn to self service ourselves instead of being served. but i guess there’ll surely be some singaporeans who will try to miss scanning some items and pack them in.
the night after shopping at the supermarket was drinking in our resort room.

bottoms up!
next morning, we checked out of the resort and was given till night to shop in that nothing-to-shop mall.
maybe it’s just the wrong part of aussie, that’s why there is nothing much to shop.
we were back to rockhampton airport at night.

looking at this air ticket means HELLO SINGAPORE! I’M COMING BACK!!

seriously, i can’t imagine time flew by so fast. there goes my month of november for the year.

my parents came to fetch me and thereafter it was home sweet home.
that’s all for my exercise wallaby 2009!
credits to jonathan cai’s sony w150 for his lovely camera.
Exercise Wallaby 2009 made me realised that i had a lot of first time experiences.

my first time travelling on a plane.

my first time taking pictures with my 48 leopard mates on the plane.

after the almost 7 hours of flight to rockhampton, we had our long kit bag inspection. everything which we brought had to be out for them to check. in case you don’t know, they want our stuffs to all be sand and mud proof.
1.5 hours of bus journey to our camp and it was pouring heavily when we reach there in the late night. super low spirit.
welcome to the camp which i stayed throughout this exercise.

in case you’re wondering. YES! this is the showering point. we had to fill up a pail with water from the tap beside and pour them into these green shower bags to shower.
it’s takes about 3 full pails to fill this shower bag but..
i always have the 4th pail filled with water beside me in case shower until halfway not enough water.

toilet bowl was normal flush away kind. phew! i thought we had to dig before we shit and cover it with mud or sand kind at first.
most beautiful part of field camp was sabina beach! i swear you’ll be like WOW…AWW…when you saw that beach. it’s like you finally get to look at the big blue sea after many days of looking at trees, forest fires, sand, mud blah blah.
loving it? that’s the beach for you.
if we didn’t have outfield to go, we would normally stay around in the canteen and watch the many choices of movies dvd which the australian gave us to choose or we would use the computers available to keep in touch with our friends.
weather there is dry, with temperature as high as 35 degrees in the day and about 20 degrees at night.
at the last day before we pack up for RNR, the 3 of us commissioned our combat boots!
cheers to ORD!
HEHE! though our ORD is like next may earliest but we still decided to throw away our combat boots cause it’s like damm cui already.
here’s the people at camp growl on the last day before we pack up for RNR.
stay tuned for RNR updates!
